• Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting • Default to automation before traditional solutions • Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities • Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT • Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration • System-agnostic by nature • Solid grasp of core HR processes • Strong project management instincts • Comfortable with ambiguity • Strong communicator • Bonus: familiarity with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks
