📋 Description

• Investigating customer escalations and providing mitigation • Working on tooling to automate production debugging • Setting up continuous production profiling • Identifying areas of cost reduction and proposing new designs • Creating and enhancing features and functionality from conception to deployment • Validating cost reduction results and providing benchmark results • Conducting code reviews and helping other engineers optimize their code • Collaborating with development and system QA teams to create regression tests

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Active security clearance • Experience working in networking, cloud, or distributed computing environment • Experience programming with C++ • Working knowledge with Linux or UNIX operating systems • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to write design documentation
