📋 Description

• Lead a geographically dispersed team across a rapidly growing mission critical business. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop talent required to support continued growth. • Build a strong leadership bench and develop future leaders. • Establish expectations, accountability, and performance standards while maintaining a collaborative culture. • Develop scalable operating processes and consistent execution standards. • Drive operational discipline across projects, teams, and geographies. • Improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and profitability. • Develop resource-planning practices aligned with business demand. • Provide technical leadership to project and delivery teams in data center and mission critical environments. • Build relationships with owners, operators, providers, and industry stakeholders. • Manage forecasting, resource utilization, margins, and overall financial performance of a project-based business. • Champion safety and ensure teams deliver against commitments. • Represent Albireo Energy at seminars, conferences, networking events, and customer engagements. • Communicate complex operational and technical issues to technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with increasing operational responsibility. • Experience leading operations in the BAS/HVAC controls industry; data center experience strongly preferred. • Direct experience executing data center projects and/or working within data center operations. • Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams. • Demonstrated success developing leaders and building organizational capacity. • Strong experience managing people, organizational dynamics, and conflict. • Experience managing financial performance of projects and/or a project-based business. • Ability to scale operations while maintaining execution quality and accountability. • Strong resource-planning and capacity-management skills. • Track record of continuous improvement and process optimization. • Strong execution discipline and ability to standardize processes without unnecessary bureaucracy. • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments. • Strong technical credibility and understanding of mission critical infrastructure and operations. • Calm, composed, and decisive under pressure. • Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence. • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
