📋 Description

• Oversee store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers • Partner with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals • Analyze store expenses and implement strategies to control costs • Promote consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region • Generally manage the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD • Consider brand maturity, market evolution or market share, and pace of expansion/growth as potential leveling differentiators

🎯 Requirements

• Experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling • Ability to oversee operations through District/Area Managers • Ability to manage profitability, customer service, and operational goals across stores • Ability to analyze store expenses and implement cost-control strategies • Ability to communicate, apply, and enforce regional policies and initiatives • Ability to manage annual store revenue volume up to 100MM USD
