📋 Description

• The Solution Architect applies deep 401(k) (Defined Contribution) and benefits admin expertise • create compelling solutions that bring our value proposition to life • partners with Sales Executives and Account Executives through all stages of the sales process • maintain expertise in Defined Contribution admin as well as working knowledge of other Alight capabilities • assist SEs in the development of prospect sales strategy • review, update, and provide input on RFP responses • provide input to product owners – insights and feedback from prospects and Third-Party Evaluators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration • Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models • Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus • Excellent client communication and consulting skills
