📋 Description

• Process, monitor, and support electronic file exchanges • Ensure inbound and outbound files are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule • Investigate and resolve file transmission issues • Provide technical expertise to internal and external users regarding data files and interfaces • Monitor production jobs, restart failed jobs, and perform defect analysis and correction • Investigate data and system issues and maintain accurate documentation • Translate data requirements and file/interface layouts into file/interface specifications • Coordinate client or vendor meetings for new file/interface implementations and updates • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for new processes and special requests • Coordinate annual enrollment activities, including meetings, calendars, interfaces, and audits • Enhance existing system requirements based on changing business requirements • Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain reliable data exchange operations and meet service-level expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in business administration, computer science, or related field • Knowledge of SQL language • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to perform audits of high volumes of data • Ability to learn and apply new skills • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • MS Excel and Word skills • Ability to navigate Alight’s proprietary systems and web-based tools • Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, legal, and subject matter experts • Ability to continually prioritize work and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards • Must have work authorization in the Employing Country without now or future visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check if offered employment
