📋 Description

• develop and execute strategies for Claim Operations, including Absence, Disability, Workers’ Compensation claims • ensure strategies align with Alight’s goals, focusing on key performance indicators, innovation, and efficiency • lead, mentor and inspire colleagues & people leaders to exemplify Alight Values • embrace Continuous Performance Management and ensure all colleagues have opportunity to learn and grow their careers • leverage technology, data & analytics, and process excellence to drive exceptional service, productivity, efficiency, and cost management • monitor leading indicators, trends, and performance outcomes, and develop strategies to achieve optimal results • partner closely with reporting and analytics team to ensure key metrics are current • embrace One Alight Approach in delivering cross-functional collaboration • partner with stakeholders to envision and implement promised results for market and clients • serve as key liaison in managing relationships with Alight clients, brokers/agencies, and sales team • collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales support, account management, and implementation • oversee Claim Operations budget to meet corporate revenue objectives and implement risk mitigation strategies • prepare budget forecasts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in integrated disability and absence management • engage in customer presentations and communicate results to Claim Operations leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• bachelor's degree, MBA will be ideal • minimum 15 years operations / service delivery experience within the absence, disability, benefits administration, or related field • 7+ years people leadership experience including minimum of 3 years as leader of leader • ability to recruit, manage and grow high performing teams • ability in developing and executing strategy, delivering operational excellence • performance improvement mindset and proven ability to leverage data & analytics to drive decision making and process improvement • ability to develop business plans and financial models that support strategic objectives and priorities • exceptional leadership ability, achieve and maintain collaborative and highly productive relationships
