📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume, non-exempt roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding • Coordinate and support conversion of temporary employees to regular status, internal transfers, and promotions • Support temporary staffing efforts • Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements • Support hiring events and recruitment initiatives • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience • Perform other assigned duties or projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, applicant tracking, closing, offer processes, and relationship management • Skilled in creative sourcing strategies and tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform the essential physical functions described in the posting
