📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business strategy and role requirements and present candidate profiles • Lead kickoff calls with hiring managers for new openings • Assist in developing role scorecards defining missions, objectives, capabilities, and competencies • Manage requisitions and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system • Post jobs, source candidates, and maintain recruiting documentation • Attract applicants through LinkedIn, social media, and referral campaigns • Review and respond to applications regularly • Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate screening, and recommend applicants for consideration and selection • Coordinate interview scheduling with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator • Arrange business unit screens, technical screens, and role plays • Lead and document recruiting progress reports and post-interview debriefs • Partner with candidates to understand career goals and align them with opportunities • Manage relationships with HR business partners and practice leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another field • 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition roles • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse or Workday preferred • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation • Excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
