📋 Description

• Coordinate all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliant and successful hire/transfer completion • Conduct candidate background checks, drug screenings, adjudication, and license/certification verification when applicable • Ensure employee health screenings and vaccine/accommodation documentation are completed • Manage employment correspondence, talent acquisition service requests, email, and panel interview scheduling • Maintain data integrity for hires, rehires, start-date changes, rescinded hire/transfer dates, and in-flight system changes • Communicate consistently and positively with candidates • Partner with recruiters regarding pre-boarding issues or delays and confirm day-one activities • Administer process-compliance activities, including license/certification collection, pre-employment tracking, adjudication, approvals, and timely hire processing • Suggest updates to templates, standard operating procedures, and processes • Provide white-glove candidate and pre-hire service for executive talent acquisition when applicable • Assist with third-party staffing vendor documentation and reporting when applicable • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • No educational substitutions • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, administrative support, or similar professional experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Teams • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to manage changing schedules and priorities • Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Must comply with HIPAA, data-security guidelines, the company Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, policies, and training requirements • No travel beyond the stated 0%–25% travel requirement • No language requirement other than English
