📋 Description

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler functional consulting as a subject matter expert • Lead clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle • Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables across Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler workstreams • Work with clients on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM solutions • Guide customers through delivered functionality and advise on best practices • Map business processes and document requirements • Configure system functionality and support testing • Maintain ongoing customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor • Collaborate with peers to improve delivery models, project efficiency, and value • Mentor junior associates and strengthen team capability

🎯 Requirements

• Active Oracle Time & Labor certification • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead role • Minimum 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence implementations • Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Ability to plan work efforts, manage priorities, and work effectively in a remote environment • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner • Experience with OTL/Projects integration in Oracle Cloud (extra edge) • Experience with Workforce Scheduler (extra edge) • Experience with Redwood and Oracle-delivered AI Agents (extra edge) • English: Proficient
