Alkami Technology is a digital banking software company that provides a cloud-based Digital Sales & Service Platform for banks and credit unions. Its platform combines onboarding and account opening (via MANTL), digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to enable anticipatory, data-driven customer experiences, faster account origination, fraud protection, payment reporting, and personalized marketing. 📋 Description

• Assist the Manager of FP&A in developing and implementing financial analysis systems and processes • Own forecasting and planning activities by building, updating, and maintaining financial models • Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers by reviewing variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods • Synthesize financial and operational data into actionable insights for business decision-making • Partner with business stakeholders by providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and influencing outcomes • Prepare accurate, clear, and relevant financial reporting for leadership • Evaluate trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies • Enhance financial models using automation, forecasting tools, and alternative methodologies • Communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders • Drive process improvements in reporting and forecasting workflows • Support ad hoc financial analysis and deliver timely insights • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial perspectives with operational priorities • Maintain documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions • Adhere to internal controls and financial governance standards • Experiment with and develop AI use cases to drive efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in finance, accounting, or a related degree • 5+ years of finance-related experience • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis • Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive or similar tools • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, curious, and focused on continuous improvement • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not offered • Desired: experience in SaaS or financial technology environments • Desired: Workday Adaptive experience, including workforce modeling • Desired: Sales or Marketing Support experience • Desired: Salesforce experience • Desired: familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes • Desired: experience improving financial processes or implementing automation
