📋 Description

• Create or modify policies and procedures to govern key Enterprise or High-Critical third parties • Facilitate existing Enterprise third parties with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders • Build direct professional relationships with key individuals at Enterprise third parties • Coordinate collection, review, inventory, and renewal processes for existing contracts in the Mergers and Acquisition space • Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, and best practices • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization • Educate third parties on specific due diligence requirements with business teams • Perform duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Five (5) or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or technology-related project or account management • Experience preferably in the software category or technology domain • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace • Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa or Netsuite is a plus • Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments • Familiarity with indirect procurement within a mid-to-large-sized enterprise • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills • Skilled at relationship building • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Ability to be tactical while pushing for strategic improvements
