• Manage the lifecycle of a Fine Tune client, including ongoing auditing and recovery duties and associated client interaction • Ensure stated savings projections are met and identify the cause of discrepancies • Identify optimization opportunities to drive client savings and increase Fine Tune revenue • Track credits, tasks, and other relevant data points in the CRM and other online platforms • Respond to client service issues and address questions • Perform supplier renewals, client renewals, and client expansions into other service offerings • Report supplier overcharges and non-compliance on behalf of clients and follow up until corrections occur • Perform other job-related duties as assigned • Report to the VP of Waste and Recycling Services
• Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, or a related field • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste program management • 3–5 years of intermediate-level Excel experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop and professionally present business cases to clients • Strong critical thinking skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Ability to work remotely in a space free from distractions • Accountable to yourself and your teammates • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the continental United States
