📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims within the Extended Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit • Confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Negotiate settlements within assigned authority limits • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, the industry, and organizational relationships • Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims with discretion and independence within increased authority levels • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims • Identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Mentor and support junior team members • Drive consistent, high-quality claim handling and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims • Experience investigating complex automobile accident claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Experience reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Customer service skills • Negotiation skills • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Effective verbal and written communication abilities • Technology proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience handling AL injury claims highly desirable • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals who hold an active insurance license must terminate existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
