📋 Description

• Investigate losses for basic automobile accidents • Determine liability and evaluate coverage • Communicate claim decisions to claimants • Handle auto claim investigations involving coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable • Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Work independently with limited discretion • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limit of authority • Strong analytical and communication skills • Solid understanding of policy interpretation • Experience handling collision and auto property damage claims • Candidates must be in eligible Eastern or Central time zone states • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
