📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Partner with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and meet them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence within an increased level of authority • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates ideally reside in the PST and MST time zones • Ability to take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Organized, proactive, and highly communicative • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of automobile insurance claims • Case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review skills • Customer service skills • Insurance claims investigation skills • Task organization and time management skills • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • The employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
