📋 Description
• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Determine the proper disposition of material damage claims • Demonstrate sound estimating fundamentals for material damage losses • Apply understanding of company policy types • Negotiate settlements and make settlement payments within authority limits • Document all claim activities in the file • Apply regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build functional relationships with internal and external customers • Primarily handle collision-related claims in a competitive, high-volume market • Work independently while maintaining organized documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Prior auto field adjusting experience • Active adjuster license • Strong negotiation skills, particularly with repair shops • CCC estimating experience preferred • Ability to work independently • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Understanding of estimating fundamentals • Basic understanding of all policy types written by the company • Understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
