📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Investigate all aspects of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation • Exercise discretion and independence within an increased level of authority • Apply intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage • Partner with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Handle claims involving homeowner, commercial, or auto liability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims • Litigation experience may be necessary • Ability to work 8am–5pm Pacific time zone hours • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage and negotiate claims effectively • Customer service orientation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills from a global case management and pending perspective • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to detect differences and recognize issues from multiple sources • Proficient in Word and Outlook • Must terminate all existing insurance-license appointments before onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold outside insurance-license appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
