📋 Description

• Analyze, understand, and discover Allstate's current business processes, goals, and objectives • Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide initiative implementation • Operate at the capability level in support of broader platforms • Develop functional systems flow to ensure the efficacy of new capabilities • Execute initiatives and engage stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback • Develop and maintain business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps • Support production, quality, and customer service goals • Align business strategies with AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders • Work with product owners to ensure integration between capabilities within a platform • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to recommend product strategy and iterations • Engage in discovery, test, and learn activities to validate assumptions and solution direction • Monitor and evaluate business architecture solutions • Recommend enhancements and perform process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities • Optimize process oversight with process agility • This job does not have supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement • 5 or more years of experience • Must be able to travel up to 10% • Experience or skills in Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Architecture, Communication, Cross-Team Collaboration, and Storytelling • Must submit to a background investigation • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating required for home workspace • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Position is not available to Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington residents • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
