📋 Description

• Travel across the country to assess vehicle damage and support customers during catastrophic events • Review policy coverage, investigate claims, and document findings • Prepare or validate repair estimates using industry-leading tools • Negotiate and settle moderately complex claims • Capture detailed notes, decisions, and supporting documentation in the claims system • Balance virtual assignments and in-person inspections, with 70% field work and 30% virtual work • Work a 10-day on and 4-day off schedule with 12-hour workdays throughout the year

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of claims or auto damage experience (preferred) • Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC or Mitchell • Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including paintless dent repair • Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB download/5 MB upload for home-based employees • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Candidate(s) offered this position must submit to a background investigation • Adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required within 60 days of hire, if applicable • Position is not available to residents of Puerto Rico, California, Alaska, or Hawaii
