📋 Description
• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st- and 3rd-party material damage claims • Determine the proper disposition of claims • Apply mastered interpretations of all policy types and assist leadership with formal and ad hoc training • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Create damage estimates for material damage losses of all severities • Conduct fieldwork, virtual claim handling, vehicle inspections, and customer service activities
🎯 Requirements
• Preferred experience managing a variety of auto collision claims • Experience conducting vehicle inspections preferred • Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred • Mastery of estimating fundamentals • Technical expertise in auto damage appraisal and estimating • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals with an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Must be able to perform fieldwork, virtual claim handling, and customer service
