📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Take ownership of claims from start to finish • Partner with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, using discretion and independence • Handle claims without supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates ideally reside in the PST or MST time zones • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Must remain organized, proactive, and highly communicative • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Auto insurance claims knowledge • Case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review skills • Insurance claims investigation experience or knowledge • Customer service, task organization, and time management skills • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
