📋 Description

• Execute processing across multiple workflows and resolve routine exceptions • Guide peers on procedures • Complete high-volume data entry while meeting quality standards • Coordinate with carriers, agencies, and lenders to close information gaps on standard cases • Contribute to job aids by identifying unclear steps and proposing clarifications to leads • Prioritize workload to meet productivity and audit requirements across assigned workflows • Perform targeted quality reviews of peer work and provide actionable feedback • Research and resolve routine exceptions and document actions and outcomes in the system of record • Share best practices and provide day-to-day guidance to newer employees on procedures and quality checks • Process multi-step documentation queues, compare extracted data to source documents, and resolve discrepancies • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) • 0-2 years experience (Preferred) • Data entry • Detail-oriented • Documentation • Peer mentoring • Personal initiative • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
