📋 Description

• Perform loss draft and property damage requirements • Process documents and validate claim-related documentation • Order and review inspections • Work loss draft queues and evaluate exceptions • Support borrowers and contractors with detailed claim-file progression information • De-escalate calls and process complaints • Handle disbursement of claim funds • Respond to written and verbal customer requests and inquiries • Request claim funds when applicable • Follow standard procedural guidelines • Assist with cross-training inbound representatives on the borrower follow-up queue • Update records and note systems • Back up functions as needed to meet client requirements and SLAs • Verify claim check deposits • Process draws, draw approvals, and payee header requests for claims

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) • 0–2 years of experience (Preferred) • Claims processing knowledge • Cross-training capability • Customer communications skills • Detail-oriented approach • Document validation skills • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Appropriate desk and seating for home work • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
