📋 Description
• Manage and motivate 10-15 adjuster staff or vendors to achieve performance goals. • Provide exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat. • Support the implementation of operational initiatives for the Claims Service Area objectives. • Analyze unit reports to support business objectives. • Oversee the negotiation and resolution of complex claims and customer conflicts.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in claims management and customer service. • Strong expertise in material damage claims. • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. • Experience in negotiating complex claim settlements.
