📋 Description

• Manage multiple complex accounting, financial, and technical projects • Manage activities of multiple units within a division • Plan, implement, and manage multiple large-scale projects • Identify critical strategic opportunities and create action plans • Motivate, lead, and develop others • Predict insurance industry trends and assess their impact on unit/division work processes • Supervise employees

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Supervisory experience/duties • Accounting, corporate accounting, finance, financial accounting, leadership reporting, and strategic planning skills • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
