📋 Description

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation • Draft and file pleadings, including preparing answers, and support discovery and preparing motions for attorney review • Order and track medical records; coordinate IMRs and vendor engagement with medical experts • Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including exhibits and jury instructions when applicable • Handle e-filing across Florida courts • Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely service and compliance • Maintain organized claim files and litigation documents • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to support case progression • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to maintain high-quality case work

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by the state of Tennessee • Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party claims preferred • Strong understanding of legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings • Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Required to submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
