📋 Description

• Manage and execute assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiatives • Execute conversion timelines and sequencing for assigned books • Support and execute conversion of transferred quotes into bound policies • Act as a primary point of contact for agencies during assigned conversions • Provide guidance on conversion steps, workflows, and documentation • Escalate issues or risks as needed • Monitor conversion progress and quote-to-policy outcomes • Support retention efforts during carrier transitions • Identify conversion challenges and recommend corrective actions • Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams • Support data migration, policy issuance, and renewal timing activities • Track conversion metrics for assigned initiatives • Maintain accurate reporting and provide status updates • Flag risks or performance issues • This job does not have supervisory duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with independent agencies or agency operations • Working knowledge of P&C insurance products • Ability to sell and overcome objections • Strong organizational and communication skills • Prior book transfer and conversion experience desired • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
