📋 Description

• Lead projects for the International HQ service organization • Monitor business costs and quality operational metrics • Define and deploy action plans to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction • Support modality targets for service productivity and service labor cost reduction • Drive projects with OLEs to prioritize and solve customer issues • Act as the interface between the OLC team and external partners on new initiatives • Facilitate resolution of team issues • Support OLEs with remote education initiatives • Coordinate regional modality leaders’ actions on service-process improvement • Proactively communicate and share information with regional and multifunctional teams • Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, quality goals, and applicable laws and regulations • Complete planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines • Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action as required • Work at service OLC headquarters level and report to the Ultrasound Service Manager • Interact with engineering, marketing, finance, and regional counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or similar • At least 10 years’ experience in service of specific modality • Proven leadership skills, including experience successfully managing projects/issues • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a team organization role in an international environment • Fluent English • Clear and effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experienced leader and coach, capable of motivating, mentoring, and leading teams of technical experts • Customer- and externally focused, with understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends • Change-driven and resilient, open to challenges and continuous learning • Collaborative and globally minded, able to work across cross-functional and international project teams
