📋 Description

• Manage and process a high volume of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) • Prepare, review, and issue quotations for project, builder, stock, multi-family, and hospitality opportunities • Analyze pricing requests against company pricing strategies and profitability objectives • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis for builder opportunities, contract renewals, and strategic bids • Review, update, extend, and maintain existing quotations • Respond to quote status, usage, and performance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams on pricing solutions • Maintain quotation documentation and pricing records in SAP and other business systems • Identify improvements to quotation processes, reporting, and operational efficiency • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of three (3) years of quotation, pricing, sales operations, or related analytical experience • Strong business and financial acumen • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis • Strong organizational and time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Customer-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs • Must reside within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Preferred: MBA or advanced business degree • Preferred: Experience within lighting or electrical industries • Preferred: Experience using SAP ERP systems • Preferred: Pricing or financial analysis experience • Preferred: Experience supporting builder, project, or contract quotations
