📋 Description

• Investigate complex, represented claims, including UM/UIM claims and represented and major claims • Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles with property damage and/or bodily injury • Assess coverage, liability, and damages • Communicate with customers and attorneys through voice calls, email, and text messages • Negotiate fair injury settlements with involved parties • Perform detailed damage reviews and interpret policies to determine coverage • Provide clear, compassionate customer service and keep customers updated on claim progress • Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Use estimate tools, job aids, settlement platforms, and claims systems • Complete timely and accurate claim documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation, preferred • 2+ years of claims adjusting experience, preferred • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for claims evaluation • Must be able to work in Central Time Zone • As a condition of employment, obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license if required within 60 days of hire • Candidate(s) must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas • Home office with dedicated private workspace free from distractions • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up • Appropriate work surface and seating
