📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and retirement plan administration • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management policies • Serve as the internal point of contact for employee benefits and HR operational inquiries • Own and manage organizational compliance initiatives, including driving SOC2 readiness • Lead annual corporate insurance renewals and ongoing risk management processes • Manage 50-state operational compliance and entity state qualifications with external compliance vendors • Serve as the primary operational liaison to outside legal counsel for corporate and contractual matters • Directly manage the Executive Assistant and establish delegation frameworks • Drive end-to-end B2B partnership management and partner success and retention initiatives • Establish data-sharing protocols and maintain performance reporting and dashboards for key clients and partners • Own and execute the RFI/RFP process for business development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, or general management roles within a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated hands-on experience in basic People Ops workflows (payroll, 401k, leave, onboarding) • Proven track record of managing external vendors, legal counsel, and complex multi-state operational requirements • Experience managing executive support personnel and delegating complex administrative workflows • Strong written communication and analytical skills • Specific experience executing RFIs and client reporting frameworks
