📋 Description

• Manage, review and publish patient-facing content in Contentful • Maintain scheduled content changes, content structure, naming, permissions and archives • Run QA in staging before patient-facing content goes live • Submit and verify engineering requests for content-type changes • Own data-request intake and reporting in Amazon QuickSight • Build and maintain QuickSight dashboards and self-serve reports • Write SQL for ad hoc analysis and define consistent key metrics • Validate reports against underlying data before distribution • Handle patient data responsibly by limiting requests to necessary data • Collect, reproduce, document and triage bugs from care teams, support and partners • Lead weekly bug reviews, verify fixes and communicate updates to reporters • Serve as product expert and first point of contact for clinical teams • Own EMR workflows, including Athena, and resolve integration issues with EMR technical support • Translate clinical workflow needs into product and engineering requests • Train clinicians on new features and maintain clinician-facing guides • Coordinate releases and draft clinical SOPs • Write and maintain SOPs for content QA, data requests, bug triage and release checks • Support partner onboarding with checklists, test accounts and user acceptance testing • Report on content, data and bug queues and organize the Jira backlog • Complete security and HIPAA training, learn workflows and shadow the clinical team during the first 90 days • Take over bug triage, draft SOPs, launch data-request intake and replace repeat requests with dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in product operations, business operations, analytics or a similar role, ideally in health tech or healthcare • Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a BI tool such as QuickSight, Tableau or Looker • Experience managing content in a headless CMS, ideally Contentful • Experience managing EMR workflows, ideally Athena • Experience triaging and documenting bugs in Jira • Clear, concise writing for tickets, SOPs and updates • Ability to explain a technical product to non-technical clinical colleagues and turn their needs into clear requests for engineers • Careful, organized approach and comfort working with sensitive health data under HIPAA • Content modeling experience in Contentful (nice to have) • Experience writing SOPs or training material in a clinical or regulated environment (nice to have) • Familiarity with Amazon Redshift and dbt (nice to have) • Background in telemedicine, pharmacy or health insurance (nice to have) • Light scripting in Python or ability to read automated test reports (nice to have) • Experience supporting partner or client integrations (nice to have)
