📋 Description

• Design and facilitate leadership development and management consulting programs for municipal clients • Deliver cohort workshops, coaching frameworks, competency models, and manager toolkits • Align curriculum to public-sector leadership realities, including councils, boards, bargaining environments, and resident accountability • Produce program designs, evaluation metrics, and final reports for HR and executive sponsors • Contribute leadership-development content and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned • Support active and upcoming municipal leadership pursuits

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on public-sector leadership development, management consulting, or municipal training program delivery • Ability to design curriculum and facilitate workshops for managers/supervisors • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed • Prior Virginia / Mid-Atlantic municipal or county leadership program experience (nice to have) • Coaching credentials (ICF or similar) or adult-learning credentials (nice to have) • Experience presenting to town councils, boards, or executive teams (nice to have)
