📋 Description

• Partner directly with R&D leadership to build a scalable organization • Develop trusted relationships with managers and drive organizational change across R&D • Support annual compensation reviews, growth reviews, and performance management • Provide training and mentorship to leadership • Coach managers on performance issues and navigate complex employee relations matters • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed • Evaluate and recommend changes to performance management, employee relations, career and leadership development, compensation, and retention • Develop programs and processes supporting employee learning, career growth, and mobility • Analyze trends and metrics to develop workforce solutions, programs, and policies • Provide HR policy recommendations, guidance, and interpretation • Drive diversity practices to foster an inclusive and supportive environment • Provide strategic direction for the People Business Partner team • Shape AlphaSense culture and employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in HR, including meaningful experience in a dedicated People Business Partner role • Experience supporting large, complex, operationally intensive organizations at scale • Experience supporting R&D functions • Experience thriving in high-volume, fast-paced environments and managing large manager populations • Strong foundation and knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance requirements • Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues • Experience working with globally diverse teams • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment • Strong ethics, discretion, and sound judgment with sensitive and confidential information • Strong communication skills and ability to drive organizational change through partnership with People and leadership teams • Ability to analyze and interpret data for workforce strategy and planning • Ability to facilitate change and transformation discussions and develop change-management plans • Strong customer service attitude toward employees and managers
