📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end developer journey from first visit through authentication, first successful call, integration, and production • Drive the developer portal, reference documentation, quickstarts, tutorials, code samples, changelogs, SDKs, and client libraries • Align the Agent API with standards and conventions for consuming LLMs and agents • Improve structured responses, verbose logs, tracing, and clear errors for debuggable agentic workflows • Reduce onboarding friction across credentials, authentication, and testing to cut time-to-first-call • Ground the roadmap in developer analytics, support signals, and direct conversations with API developers • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education • Shape developer platform standards and experience across additional AlphaSense products as the platform expands

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals • Understanding of developer workflows and enterprise integrations • Experience building for developers who integrate products into experiences for their end users is ideal • Ability to read API documentation, authenticate, and make an API call • Knowledge of how engineering teams integrate LLMs and agents • Understanding of SDK, error, and tooling conventions • Ability to drive decisions on complex technical topics with Engineering • Experience operating in a fast-scaling enterprise environment
