📋 Description

• Own the Volcano Cookbook with recipes for real apps built on Volcano, including code, decisions, and gotchas • Build one-step-deployable templates and examples • Create videos, including YouTube content, streams, and short demos • Run Volcano hackathons, attend external hackathons, and evaluate sponsorship opportunities • Collaborate with companies whose tools appear in Volcano recipes on joint content • Engage with developers in Discord, X, and GitHub • Bring developer feedback back to the team to improve the product • Build tooling and workflows that increase publishing output without reducing quality • Act as customer zero by identifying rough edges before users and providing actionable reports to engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Built things in public in the last year and can show what was shipped and how it was promoted • 0-to-1 experience: started a company, joined one early, or launched something from nothing • Technical proficiency with coding agents • Ability to build a working app with Claude Code or similar • Ability to debug applications and explain what happened • Strong writing ability • Uses AI in own workflow and can identify low-quality AI output • Ability to explain technical topics to rooms, cameras, or online threads • Technical accuracy trusted by engineers • Existing developer audience (bonus) • Hackathon organizing experience (bonus) • Experience with developer platforms such as Vercel, Supabase, Neon, or Cloudflare (bonus)
