📋 Description

• Define technical solutions to business problems and contribute to a scalable architectural vision • Develop and ship code using React, Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails • Assess new technologies to improve the technology stack • Deploy frequently using CircleCI and Spinnaker for CI/CD • Gather customer feedback to inform iterations • Monitor services, diagnose root causes, and deploy fixes • Work in a cross-functional team with product managers and designers • Take ownership of team problems and ensure high-quality releases • Collaborate with an international development team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM subject is probably expected, but alternative routes are accepted; not required • Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team • Technical expertise with at least one programming language • Experience with Python, Kotlin, or Ruby • Ideally, experience with relational databases • Demonstrable impact in previous roles • Highly driven and proactive • Meticulous attention to detail • Current UK residency required • Visa sponsorship unavailable
