📋 Description

• Proactively build solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse • Craft and send recruiting emails • Execute sourcing searches using cold calling, networking, applicant associations, professional groups, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals • Manage candidate experience through the sourcing process • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications • Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, and related information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field • Minimum 1 full year of experience for Experienced Engineering Recruiter • Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Engineering Recruiter • Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context • Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge • Microsoft Office experience • Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred • Must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening required as a condition of hire
