📋 Description

• Recruit, interview, assess, reference check and place contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire Client-Facing Employees • Build the contract employee workforce through job boards, LinkedIn, GDH’s internal database, ads, career fairs, Internet relationships and other sources • Conduct candidate interviews in person, via Skype or telephone • Determine target pay rates and negotiate candidate compensation and employment terms, including subsequent pay adjustments • Prepare candidates for client interviews • Manage Client-Facing Employees on assignment, including monitoring performance, coaching, counseling, discipline and termination on behalf of the client • Communicate with clients regarding job orders, candidate submittals and additional candidate matters • Resolve Client-Facing Employee and/or client complaints positively • Participate in team meetings • Assist Account Executives with client development • Provide leads to Account Executives • Set client events when possible • Meet individual responsibilities defined by GDH and the manager • Participate in networking groups and business and community programs • Develop a broad understanding of the division, core competencies, skill sets and GDH • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

• Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS, Internet and navigation of websites/systems • Ability to cold call potential candidates • Technical capacity • Communication proficiency • Customer service oriented • Problem solving • Works well in team environment • Planning and organizing • Attention to detail • Ethical conduct • Time management • Confidentiality • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training • Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand • Travel expected based upon recruiting demands, not to exceed 15%
