📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for software engineering roles, including backend, frontend, autonomy, and forward deployed • Read GitHub profiles and write outreach engineers will answer • Build searches that continue producing candidates beyond obvious names • Take ownership of requisitions and hiring outcomes early • Collaborate directly with hiring managers • Transition within the first year to sourcing aircraft-side roles in propulsion, structures, avionics, manufacturing, and production • Learn unfamiliar roles quickly and support recruiting as a critical path to the company’s aircraft and software development

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting, most of it in software engineering • A hire you are proud of, one nobody else was going to find, and the ability to walk through exactly how you found them • High tolerance for silence and unanswered outreach • Real curiosity about how aircraft get built, or honesty about finding it interesting and wanting in • Writing that sounds like a person • Clean data habits • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State • Must meet citizenship requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance • No specific degree required
