📋 Description

• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and creative sourcing channels • Leverage creative lead-generation techniques and nontraditional sourcing channels to uncover overlooked, high-potential, and hard-to-find talent • Develop thoughtful, targeted outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with high-priority talent • Own top-of-funnel activity for assigned engineering requisitions, with a focus on inbound applications • Review incoming applications and evaluate candidates against role requirements • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest • Partner with the Lead Recruiter to align on role priorities, candidate criteria, and pipeline goals • Coordinate with engineering hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent) • Provide regular pipeline updates and flag bottlenecks or trends in applicant flow • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering or other technical roles (agency or in-house) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable managing a high volume of applications and candidates simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and engineering stakeholders • Interest in growing a career in technical recruiting
