📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting offers through close • Build pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, and events rather than only processing inbound applications • Partner with hiring managers to understand exceptional performance requirements for each role • Help run campus recruiting efforts • Track pipeline metrics and report what is working and what is not • Protect candidate experience through fast interview loops, honest communication, and clean closes • Master existing interview loops, rubrics, and recruiting processes, then improve them • Help shape recruiting as the first dedicated recruiter at Prelim

🎯 Requirements

• Clear communicator with strong writing skills • Ability to write job descriptions, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation • Genuine interest in people, including reading, persuading, and advocating for them • Demonstrated high-throughput output, such as customers served, calls made, events run, or tickets closed • Evidence of learning difficult things quickly, including the subject, speed, and result • Track record of top-tier performance, such as early promotion, top ranking, leading a team, or starting a business • Nice to have: exposure to recruiting, sales, or fintech
