📋 Description

• Own a full portfolio of approximately 15–20+ concurrent technical, cleared requisitions • Manage senior stakeholder relationships with Program Managers, Directors, and Capture leads • Become a trusted authority on hiring cleared technical talent up through TS/SCI with polygraph • Mentor Recruiter I and II team members and improve their independent requisition ownership, compliance accuracy, or candidate-experience feedback • Identify process or workflow gaps and recommend concrete, data-supported improvements • Deliver strong outcomes on complex or sensitive requisitions without close oversight • Maintain and share AI-assisted recruiting practices while preserving a human-led candidate experience • Partner with senior hiring teams to build more diverse and representative finalist slates • Report to a Recruiting Lead or Recruiting Manager • Partner closely with HR, Security/Facility Security Officers, compensation, and contracts staff • Influence how the recruiting team works without carrying org-wide program-building, prioritization, or escalation responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record independently owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up through TS/SCI with polygraph • Track record of informally or formally coaching other recruiters • Confidence managing multiple senior stakeholders, including pushing back, advising, and influencing hiring decisions based on data • Experience building or meaningfully improving a process, tool, or workflow • Demonstrable personal interest in applying AI to recruiting work, with judgment about appropriate automation • Experience driving diverse slates and diverse interview panels with specific outcomes • Working knowledge of federal contract cycles, including recompetes, awards, labor categories, and staffing plans • Must be clearable for a U.S. Secret security clearance at minimum • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. • Ability to travel minimally/occasionally to client sites in the U.S. or Reston, VA / McLean, VA and the DMV region
