📋 Description

• Independently run full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing • Build fluency explaining the federal clearance process, including higher-tier searches • Develop direct working relationships with hiring managers, providing market feedback, pipeline updates, and guidance • Lead at least one defined project or initiative beyond the requisition load per year • Maintain accurate EEO/OFCCP, clearance, and interview documentation • Adopt recurring AI-assisted workflow efficiencies • Apply sourcing practices that widen and diversify candidate pipelines • Manage a caseload of typically 12 to 18 concurrent requisitions • Report to a Senior Technical Recruiter or Recruiting Lead • Recruit across DoD, Fed Civ, Homeland Security, Combatant Command, and Fourth Estate customers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record independently running full-cycle recruiting across technical and cleared requisitions • Working knowledge of the federal clearance process up through Top Secret/SCI and polygraph-level searches • Track record of hiring managers trusting your judgment on requisitions • Experience proposing or improving something beyond your own requisition load • Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently, with judgment about candidate experience • Active interest in building more diverse candidate pipelines, with specific examples of actions taken • Must be clearable for a U.S. Secret security clearance (minimum) • Ability to manage approximately 12 to 18 concurrent requisitions • Ability to work 100% remotely in the U.S.
