📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical requisitions across Software Engineering or Data Science • Build pipelines, engage and qualify candidates, and hand off qualified, well-briefed candidates to recruiters • Conduct market maps, organizational mapping, open-source and technical community research, and advanced boolean and x-ray searches • Write personalized outreach, test messaging, and manage response rates • Run multiple searches with disciplined follow-up cadences, accurate ATS hygiene, and trustworthy data • Turn research into talent density views and competitive hiring insights • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on calibration, role scope, leveling, and search strategy • Track and report response rates, screen pass rates, and stage conversion • Represent Plaid authentically as an initial candidate contact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, including in-house sourcing at a high-growth technology company • Strong sourcing research technique and tooling, including boolean and x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, publications, conference sources, and CRM or ATS sourcing workflows • Demonstrated success in high-volume, high-urgency environments while carrying multiple technical searches • Fluency in technical skill sets and ability to assess job specifications, GitHub profiles, and research papers for relevance • Strong written and verbal communication • Data discipline and ability to use and explain funnel metrics • Meticulous attention to detail and ownership of data hygiene • Candidate-first approach built on empathy, transparency, and consistent follow-through • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment is nice to have • Experience producing talent intelligence or market mapping work is nice to have • Experience building sourcing playbooks or evaluating and rolling out sourcing tooling is nice to have • Experience sourcing for distributed teams is nice to have • Familiarity with inclusive sourcing practices is nice to have
