📋 Description

• Monitor contractor performance and conduct coaching to ensure SLAs and program compliance • Build relationships with carrier clients and contractors • Mediate disputes among property owners, clients, and contractors, including issue site visits • Work with Risk Management on workmanship and liability matters • Review contractor workload and performance to manage risk and limit financial exposure • Conduct progress site visits for repair jobs of $50K or more • Review and approve interim payment requests for jobs of $50K or more • Follow up on leads and opportunities assigned by Business Development • Manage contractor zip codes, trades, and carriers for network coverage • Expand the contractor base by locating, interviewing, and supporting network onboarding • Assist Recruiting, Credentialing, Accounting, Legal/Risk, Restoration Review, and Mit Review teams • Conduct quarterly calibration meetings with contractors • Contribute to the ACCESS Conference as a presenter, facilitator, and sponsorship recruiter • Discuss and demonstrate Altimeter’s service offerings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must have BA/BS or equivalent work experience • Ability to work remotely and independently while remaining a member of the team • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals • Property insurance/property claims adjusting experience preferred • Residential and/or commercial construction experience preferred • Claims management/estimating software systems a plus • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize important work • Effective communication and relationship-building skills • Results-oriented with strategic and critical thinking skills • Proactive problem-solving and research ability • Ability to conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns • Effective time management and deadline orientation • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Ability to serve multiple customers with competing interests professionally and objectively • Regular and reliable attendance • Ability to drive distances as needed for field work • Ability to use multiple computer programs for administrative tasks • Ability to present information in public settings • Ability to travel as needed
