📋 Description

• Process and accurately code vendor invoices and credit memos • Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and approvals • Perform three-way matching when applicable • Prepare and process ACH, check, wire, and electronic payments • Maintain accurate vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries • Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances • Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies • Review and process employee expense reports and reimbursements • Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities • Prepare AP reports and support account reconciliations • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation • Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls • Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed • Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred • High school diploma required • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles • Experience with accounting/ERP software • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle confidential financial information • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting systems is a plus
