📋 Description

• Process payments to vendors via check, credit card, or ACH • Provide direct support to vendors • Deliver field and departmental assistance • Enter P.O. and Non-P.O. invoices, averaging 500–600 per week • Assist with the annual 1099 filing process • Research purchase order vendor inquiries and vendor statements regarding invoice/credit payment status • Manage and distribute incoming mail to support efficient and accurate accounts payable processing • Work with buyers to resolve purchase order and invoice problems • Provide vendor and employee assistance when necessary • Perform duties as needed by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience • One or more years related experience and/or training • Detailed-oriented • Basic math skills • Ability to work in team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer skills, including 10-key, Microsoft Excel, and Word • Knowledge of SAP A/P software • May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
